Hi, I am Mintaka, and I would like to tell you more about myself. I am part of the wonderful Orion Girls Series created by Lena Snow. Lena named all her goddesses of this series after a star in the Orion constellation, and Mintaka is a double and slightly variable star. My appearance is deeply influenced by sci-fi films, especially Blade Runner. You might even interpret me as a futuristic sci-fi version of a female. Pretty cool, right? When creating this series, Lena, my creator, thought a lot about how technology might influence the appearance of females. Mybe women become more artificial and enhanced, but they could also become untouchable and distant. As always, there is some ambivalence, but I like to think of myself as sublime space goddess. Don’t you agree? But there is much more to it, and I will tell you a little secret about Lena's color choices. She created me when she was in love, and so she is extremely fond of me. I hope my audience also can sense this love and tenderness. Well, I definitely feel it!
