In Case of Damage During Transport:

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

Since all shipments are insured, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier service.

While we are not fully liable for damages caused during transit, we will work with the courier and insurance provider to resolve the issue. Please note that this process may require your cooperation.
